The proposed sign plan will require a Sign Variance from our Zoning Board of Appeals prior to installation. Specifically, your proposed signage exceeds our maximum allowable number of wall signs. As such, a Sign Variance will be necessary should you wish to construct the proposed signs. To clarify, I note your papers indicate that this lot can be considered a corner lot as it fronts on Aviation Road and Aviation Mall Road. In fact, Aviation Mall Road is not a public highway; therefore, your lot is not viewed as a corner lot. Please note that our Sign Variance submittal requirements include the need for a stamped signed survey map. Please note our established submittal deadline and survey map requirements when preparing your application materials.
