Dear Dave:
This letter is to inform you that we inspected the completed replacement septic system for the
Gibson residence located at 106 Sunnyside Road North in the Town of Queensbury on September
22 & 27, 2013.
The replacement septic system as installed was for a three bedroom home and consisted of the new
1000 gallon septic tank, new pump station with alarms & force main, new distribution box and a 15
ft wide by 25 ft long absorption bed constructed of 4"diameter perforated pipe & stone. The system
conforms to the requirements of the approved septic system design.
