You are aware that the building was relocated slightly and the parking was reconfigured early in the process in order to minimize rock excavation. These modifications are depicted on the attached record drawing. Also shown are record conditions for the wastewater system which is installed and in conformance with the approved plans. The owners intend to implement the seeding and landscaping plans that were prepared by others. This will involve finish grading, topsoil, seeding, mulching, and plantings. Until this work is completed, the site will not be fully stabilized. It is my understanding that this work will be completed in the near future.
