On April 11, we completed a field survey of your property located at 980 State Route 9 (tax map
parcel 296.13-1-67) in the Town of Queensbury. As a result of the survey we have determined
that the westerly extremity of the existing sign on the site is located 14.5 feet from the easterly
boundary of Route 9 and the center of the pole supporting the sign is located 19.4 feet from the
easterly boundary of Route 9.
