Dear Mr. Hatin,
We were retained by Hot Yoga Saratoga to design the build-out of a new Hot Yoga Saratoga
studio in Quaker Plaza. We made periodic inspections of the project at regular intervals =_
throughout construction.
On September 24th, 2014 Re4orm Architects visited the construction project at 118 Quaker Rd. =;
to review the completed work. The work performed under this Contract has been reviewed and
found, to the best of the Architect's knowledge, information and belief, to be substantially
complete in accordance with the Building Code of New York State, approved drawings, __:
specifications, and all other applicable codes, rules and regulations. -
Substantial completion is the state in the progress of the work when the work or designated
portion thereof is sufficiently complete in accordance with the Contract Documents so the
Owner can occupy and utilize the work for its intended use. The date of Substantial Completion
of Hot Yoga Saratoga;-Qu--nsbury is established as September 26th, 2014.
