1. Dining Room
• Several receptacles are recessed into wood paneling. Install properly rated box extenders and
provide cover plates.
2. Kitchen
• GFI protect all existing countertop receptacles, as required.
• Add 1 GFI protected countertop receptacle at left of stove, on dedicated 20A circuit.
• Provide dedicated 20A circuit and GFI protection for microwave receptacle at right of sink.
• Provide dedicated 20A circuit for refrigerator, as required.
• Provide dedicated 20a circuit for dishwasher, as required.
3. Bathroom
• Provide GFI protection for existing receptacle, as required.
• Install new ceiling exhaust fan/light (Broan, NuTone or equivalent, approximately $90.00) on
existing wall switch. Properly vent to outside through wall or roof.
• Provide cover plates for all receptacles and switches.

• Install Lithium-ion battery operated smoke and CO detector.

• Install lithium-ion battery operated smoke detector.
