Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that we inspected the completed septic system for the house at 15
Wooden Lane (Lot#27) in the Burnt Ridge Subdivision on 5/9/2017.
The septic system as installed was for a 3 bedroom house and consisted of a 1,000 gallon septic
tank and 150 lineal feet of absorption trench constructed with stone and perforated pipe. The
system conforms to the requirements of the approved subdivision design drawings.
