Effective 17 August 2016 each Area, Use, or Sign Variance application will include a survey map depicting current site conditions. A survey map shall be defined as referenced in the Code of the Town of Queensbury; Section 179-2-010; Definitions - SURVEY MAP as "a drawing made to scaled based upon survey measurements showing land boundaries, natural and man- made objects, made by or under the direction of a New York State licensed land surveyor". Further, each Area, Use or Sign Variance application will include a proposed conditions map. This map may be prepared by a Licensed Land Surveyor, Professional Engineer (Civil) or a Registered Architect with the State of New York. This proposed conditions map must be based on and make reference to the current survey map noted above. 2.
