Dear Mr. O'Brien:
As we have discussed, this office assisted Mr. Hughes with the planning and design of the water
system and water equipment enclosure building. The water system was approved by NYSDOH
and has had a completed works inspection by NYSDOH.
We have reviewed the construction of the water equipment storage building as well as the plans
which were part of the building permit issued by your office. Our office did not prepare the plans.
It is my opinion that the building has been constructed in general conformance with the plans
approved by your office.
