Septic Install for Petta Residence—62 Browns Path
3 Aug 2017 AUG 0 3 2017
John O'Brien—Town of Queensbury Building Department
742 Bay Road
Queensbury NY 12804
Re: Septic Installation for Petta Residence—62 Browns Path
John,
At the above referenced project location I observed the installation of the sewage disposal system
including the septic tank, effluent pump & pump chamber, distribution box and tile field laterals prior
to back fill. All items appear to be installed in accordance with the construction documents or with
field modifications discussed through our office and are acceptable to this office.
Additionally the final grading has taken place along with the re-routing of the roof drain leader to an
area away from the tile field. All finished grading provides for positive drainage away from both the
residence and new sewage disposal system as built and is acceptable to this office.
If there are any additional questions please call to discuss.
Regards,
Ethan Peter Hall
