The design plan reviewed and approved by the Town as associated with the wastewater system and storm water management system is as follows: Proposed Site Improvements for the LaFleche Residence Town of Queensbury Tax Parcel ID 226.19-1-84 • Sheet S-1: Site Plan 3-28-2017 • Sheet S-2: Existing Conditions Plan 3-28-2017 • Sheet S-3: Wastewater Details 3-28-2017 The site work, including the wastewater holding tank system and the permeable block paver walk area has been completed in compliance with the intent of the site plan as approved. It must be noted (and is reflected on the attached `as-built' plan) that the area of the existing wood deck was replaced with permeable block pavers as well as a portion of the existing gravel driveway. This site modification actually results in a greater permeable for the site based on the 50% credit given to areas using permeable pavers. Based on my inspection of the site it is my opinion that is in compliance with the intent of the approved design plan and is ready for a final CO. have also attached a copy of the DEC permit for the Seawall Removal project which was also undertaken this Fall.
