I am now representing the Applicant with regard to the pending Area Variance Application.
In accordance with the discussion and tabling motion at your May 17' meeting, I arra hereby
submitting a revised survey map prepared by Russell Howard, LLS, which now depicts a septic
system easement over the golf Bourse property which benefits the apartment bul lding property, The
easement includes the existing septic system area,a future expansion area and an access area. I have
also enclosed a new Agency Autborization Form.
As the Board is aware, the apartment building and the golf course have been in existence for
decades and the Applicant seeks the requested variance in order to subdivide the property so that the
two uses can be sold separately.
Please place this matter an one of your Septembcr agendas.
