This generally takes place prior to construction or erection. I cannot stress enough that this is getting to be more of the norm instead of the exception. I think we have been more than receptive and available for any and all projects, but it is difficult when you are trying to work these things backward. This practice must be reined in please. Back to the tent, I need a site plan with dimensions because it appears the minimum 20' separation distance to the structure is not present.This includes guy wires and such in the calculation. Also please indicate any lighting fixtures, exit signs and such, and proposed power for the same. They will have a buffet line down the middle and guests would enter through a fully opened side (15') and go around the buffet line in a "Ll-shape". I've attached photos of the tent and where we would open up parts of the tent for entrance/exit, as well as adding an exit sign, and fire extinguisher. Tent tag is also included. I was in and out last week and missed the email that this was happening, so I am very sorry I am letting you know now. If you need to come out to inspect, please let me know.
