RESOLUTION FOR DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES APPLICATION FOR THE WEST
QUEENSBURY WATER DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 60, introduced by Mr. Solomon who moved its adoption
seconded by Mr. Robillard.
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed
to mike application to the Division of Water Resources of the State of
New 'fork for approval of the plans of the West Queensbury Water District
for constructing a water distribution system and obtaining water from the
Queensbury Water Storage and Distribution District.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Demboski, Mr. Barber, Mr. Robillard, Mr. Streeter, Mr. Solomon.
Noes: None.
RESOLUTION FOR DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES APPLICATION FOR THE SOUTH
QUEENSBURY WATER DISTRICT NO. 2
RESOLUTION NO. 61, introduced by Mr. Solomon who moved its adoption
seconded by Mr. Robillard.
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed
to make application to the Division of Water Resources of the State of
New York for approval of the plans of the South Queensbury Water District
No. 2 for constructing a water distribution system and obtaining water from
the Queensbury Water Storage and Distribution District.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Demboski, Mr. Barber, Mr. Robillard, Mr. Streeter, Mr. Solomon.

RESOLUTION FOR DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES APPLICATION FOR THE QUEENSBURY
WATER STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 62, introduced by Mr. Solomon who moved its adoption
seconded by Mr. Robillard.
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed
to make application to the Division of Water Resources of the State of New
York for approval of the plans of the Queensbury Water Storage and
Distribution District for constructing a water filtration plant and
distribution system and obtaining water from the Hudson River.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Demboski, Mr. Barber, Mr. Robillard, Mr. Streeter, Mr. Solomon.
