Project Scope
The homeowners will be moving a standard Gardentime Fulton Duratemp 12'x24'garage to their
property at 80 Veterans Road. The garage has 7' walls and an asphalt shingle roof.The garage will be
placed on level ground on a base of crusher run. The garage door will face Veterans Avenue, and a side
door and two windows will face Harris Road.The garage will be placed approximately 20 feet from the
side of the house to provide for storage between the garage and the house.The back of the garage will
align with the back of the house.
The homeowners will perform all of the work themselves, except for garage delivery, which will be
provided by Gardentime. The garage is currently at a residence in the Town of Moreau.
