Structural Calculations
Dear Mr. Hatin:
This letter is to follow up on our phone conversation regarding the structural calculations provided for the
Lake George RV Park Bathroom and Pavilion buildings. As noted during our conversation,the calculations
noted "IBC 2012" under the Design Code on Sheet 1 of the Woodworks printout is a limitation of the
Woodworks software that has no effect on the design of the structure.
The design of the buildings was based on the wind and seismic requirements of ASCE 7-10 (listed under
Wind Standard and Seismic Standard on the same sheet), which is the applicable design standard for the
IBC 2015 and the current NYS Building Code.
Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this.
