I have reviewed the submitted drawings for the above project, and offer the
following comments:
1) Fire extinguisher locations to be discussed.
2) Locks / latches shall comply with 2015 IFC. Existing hardware in space is
compliant.
3) CO detection is required.
4) Provide a key for the plaza Knox Box.
5) Provide a NFPA 13 letter from sprinkler contractor.
6) Exit / Emergency light plan appears adequate, Fire Marshal's office to
witness a function test prior to CO.
7) Provide a horn strobe in the space per section 606.4.1 of the 2015 IMC to
signal duct smoke activation.
