DAVID HATIN TO CARRY OVER UNUSED VACATION TIME

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Town of Queensbury's Director of Building and Codes David Hatin has
accumulated five (5) vacation days that he will be unable to use before December 31St, 2017 and has
therefore requested Town Board approval to carry over up to five (5) days of vacation time beyond
December 31St, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve such request with the understanding that such
approval shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes David Hatin to carry over
up to five(5)vacation days beyond December 31St, 2017, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Director of
Building and Codes and/or Town Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms
of this Resolution.
