1) Verify operation of existing Exit & emergency light.
2) Fire Extinguisher location to be discussed- (1) 51b. ABC minimum fire
extinguisher will be required.
3) Locks / latches shall comply with the 2015 International Fire Code.
4) Carbon monoxide detection will be required Per NYS part 1228- must
be a plugin with battery backup or a battery only type with a ten year
battery. (NOTE: cannot be a smoke/CO combo unit).
5) CO only- verify aisles and storage.
