Dear Mr. Ferguson:
I would like to make a formal complaint conderning an
Auto Body Repair shop that has recently been established by
a Mr. Havens on Caroline street, between Fouth Street and
Garner Street.
It is my opinion that this is a residential area, and not
a location for a full time business such as Mr. Havens is now
engaged in.
Sincerely
John F. Esmond
