Our office prepared site planning documents in for the referenced residence and we have
visited the site numerous times throughout the construction process.
The on-site wastewater system installation was inspected by our office on August 29, 2018 and
was found to be installed in general conformance with the approved plans. A record drawing of
the system as installed is attached.
In addition, we have inspected the site work for the parcel. The site work, including the
stormwater management practices, have been installed in general conformance with the
approved plans. Final landscaping is anticipated to be completed in the springtime, consisting
of the topsoiling and vegetation establishment.
