Please be advised that Mr. Maxwell has applied for an extention to his Building Permit also expiring June 30, 1969. I have noted considerable progress in the building of his home. Due to the fact that he is a construction worker and working out of town most of the summer months the winter months are the only time he gets to work on his house. Since the house was started his son, who he counted on for considerable help was drafted and is no in Vietnam. I have extended the Building Permit for a period of 6 months to expire January 1, 1970. It is my recommendation that an extention to the Trailer Permit be granted for the same length of time.
