This office has inspected the individual household wastewater system installation at the
referenced residence. The system consists of a 1,000 gallon precast concrete septic
tank, 1,000 gallon precast concrete pump tank, duplex effluent pumping system, and
200 feet of conventional pipe in stone absorption trench installed in shallow
configuration.

spaced 4 X 10 collar ties may be placed over the Great Room. The bottom of these collar
ties should be approximately 13'-6"above the floor. The ties should be thru-bolted to the
2 X 12 rafters with minimum 1/4"diameter bolts. The ridge beam, consisting of 4 pieces
1-1/4"X 18"LVL members must remain.
