injurious to the best interests of home owners in the Lake George
watershed."
Very truly yours,

Department 21 August, 1967
Town Board
Town of Queensbury .
Gentlemen:
Due to the death of Albert Oudekerk we are now without a
School crossing guard at Meadowbrook Road and Quaker Road. I have
studied this crossing together with conditions at the Schools on
Aviation Road. Considering the number of children that walk and the
number that have transportation I recommend that the School cross-
ing guard for Quaker Road and Meadowbrook Road be discontinued at
least for the present time. I wi13 continue to devote as much J
time as I can to both Meadowbrook and Aviation Roads during. school
hours. -
Sincerely
- LeRoy Phil lips
