North Country Imports is proposing to add a 8'x8'x 20' high. sign tower in the front corner of existing building. Tower will be covered with a random pattern of grey slate. A new 5' high facade will be added to the end and side of showroom. The finish will be anodized aluminum. The wall finish under the new facade will be stucco, and the entire building will be painted a light grey finish. Three signs are requested for the front of the building. An oval suburu emblem is proposed for the sign tower, the name "SUBARU", and the name "SAAB" and Saab emblem for the front wall. A variance for these three signs is requested. 2. A waiver is also requested for the existing grading, landscaping, storm water, and lighting. The property is covers a little over 8 acres of which approximately 1.5 acres are used by the building and parking. As it stands now, storm water is absorbed by the unused acres and there are no problems with any water. 1~1 -1 1 o' U ~; ~ S ~~ ~~ a ~- ~~-?`~ •. ~ ~- ~ ;~, ~ ~~~ ~ a u~ ~ - ~ 1 ~ O ___ ---_._ -~ ., a. 6z. o s ~ u ~ • as ~~~ ~ ~z X - <" v q• \ Z~ QQ Y ~ da ~ c~ ~ ~v m ~ !~ O O ~~ ~ ~ e ~~ ~ u~~~ w~ ~ ~~ ~ ,~; 0 O a ~ ~ ~ }}^ o Q w ~ ~ ,~ I~ ~ ~~ ~ ~ ~ ~ rz, °~ U ~ ~+ n~ ~ ~ ~ ~~ ~ ~ ~~ ~ ~ Q79.891 ,- 12~39~ 27 N ~, o F . ---_ ~~DS ..
