The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at 8:00 p.m.
Supervisor Webster greeted the following visitors:
Thomas C. Vrooman - Applicant for Mobile Home Permit
Thomas K. Flaherty - Superintendent of Queensbury Water
Supervisor Webster declared the public hearing open on the
application of Thomas C. & Beverly Vrooman to locate a Mobile
Home in the Hartman Development on Pinello Road.
Proof of publication was presented by the Clerk.
The Supervisor requested a voice from any persons in objection
or in favor of the granting of the permit. There was none.
Mr. Vrooman discussed his plans as to the lay-out of the land
at the location stated in the original application.
The public hearing was closed at 8:05 p.m.
Following discussion by the Town Board it was agreed that the
permit will be granted. I
The public hearing on the application of Frank J. DeVizzio was
opened by the Supervisor at 8:05 p.m.

Proof of -Publication was presented by the Clerk.

Following a request by the Supervisor for a voice of opposition
or favor of the granting of the permit; with none forthcoming
the hearing was closed.
The public hearing was opened on the application of Walter & _
Margaret Chatterton for a permit to locate a mobile home on
Pinello Road.
The clerk presented -the proof of publication.
Following discussion by the Town Board the action on the request
was deferred. --�
The public hearing was opened on the application of Waybe B.
Holcomb to locate a mobile home at R.F.D. #3 Bennettville, West
Glens Falls.
Proof of publication was presented by the clerk.
Following discussion by the Town Board the action on the granting
of the permit was deferred.

The public hearing on the application of Howard I. Dickinson to
locate a mobile home at R.F.D. #3 Sherman Avenue, was declared
open by the Supervisor.
The clerk presented proof of publication.
Following a request by the Supervisor for a voice from any person
present either in opposition or in favor of the granting of the
permit to which therewas none; the Town Board agreed that the
permit would be -granted.
Mr. Harold Rathbun was greeted at the meeting at this time.

The application of Clara C. Carr for a permit to replace a mobile
home on Ridge Road was presented by the clerk.
Action on this application was deferred for one week.
The report of the Building Inspector for the month of August, 1967
was received and placed on file.
The report of New Construction for the month of August, 1967 was
received and placed on file. There were 04 reports filed for the
month.
A covering letter with a resolution attached was received from the
Lake George Association, which discussed the proposed use- of the
waters of Lake George as a supply for the Queensbury Water system.
The letter and resolution was placed on file by the Town Clerk.
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PERMIT FOR MOBILE HOME #91
RESOLUTION NO. 176, introduced by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Lampson.
WHEREAS, Thomas C. & Beverly L. Vrooman of R.F.D.#2 Corinth Road,
has made application in accordance with paragraph 2 (c) Section 4,
of an ordinance of the Town of Queensbury entitled: ORDINANCE FOR THE
REGULATION OF MOBILE HOMES and MOBILE HOME COURTS IN THE TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY, WARREN COUNTY, NEW YORK, to locate a mobile home outside
of a duly licensed mobile home court at property situated Block 1
Rroject 2 Hartman Development,- and
WHEREAS, tH16 tone board has conducted a public hearing in connection
with said application and has heard all persons desiring to be heard
in favor of or against said application, and
WHEREAS, it it hereby determined .that the facts presented in said
application and at said public hearing are sufficient to authorize
the issuance of the permit requested by said application., for the
.following reasons:
There were no persons in appearance in opposition to the granting
of the permit. There are many other mobile homes in the area at
this time, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the above mentioned
ordinance, permission is hereby giveneto Thomas C. & Beverly
Vrooman of R.F.D. 42 Corinth Road to locate a mobile home outside
of a licensed mobile home court, at property situated at Block 1
Project 2, Hartman Development, and that the Town Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to issue such permit in accordance with the
terms and conditions of said ordinance.

Ayes Mr. Beaty, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Webster

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PERMIT FOR MOBILE HOME #92
RESOLUTION NO. 177, introduced by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Lampson.
WHEREAS, Frank J. Devizzio of Holiday Manor Trailer Park, Saratoga
Springs, New York, has made application in accordance with
paragraph 2 (c) Section 4, of an ordinance of the Town of:Queens-
bury entitled: ORDINANCE FOR THE REGULATION OF MOBILE HOMES and
MOBILE HOME COURTS IN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY, WARREN COUNTY,
NEW YORK, to locate a mobile home outside of a duly licensed
mobile home court at property situated Lot #5 & of Block #6,
Block 1 Project 2, Hartman Development, and
WHEREAS, this town board has conducted a public hearing in connection
with said application and has heard all persons desiring to be heard
in favor of or against said application, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the facts presented in said
application and at said public hearing are sufficient to authorize
the issuance of the permit requested by said application, for the
following reasons:
There were no persons in appearance in opposition to the granting
of the permit. Property values in the area will not be adversely
effected by the granting of the permit, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the above mentioned
ordinance, permission is hereby given to Frank J. DeVizzio of

Ayes - Mr. Beaty, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Webster.

The reports -and communications as received were accepted.

The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at 8:10 p;m.
Supervisor Webster greeted the following visitors:

Mrs. Lillie Ann Duell - Applicant for Mobile Home Permit
Mrs. Florence Mcllvaine - Reporter, The Post Star

LeRoy Phillips - Chief of Police
Lowell Hill - Special Policeman
The Supervisor declared the public hearing open on the application
of Mrs. Lillie Ann Duell to obtain -a permit to replace an older
mobile home on her land at 36 Richardson Street, West Glens Falls, N. Y.
The clerk presented the proof of publication.
Supervisor Webster requested a voice from any person present either
in opposition or in favor of the granting of the permit.
Councilman Robertson questioned Mrs. Duell -as to whether or not the
present owned mobile home will be removed if the permit is granted.
Mrs. Duell stated that it is her intention thatthe sales orgAnization
from whom she will purchase the replacement mobile home will take
the older one in trade and remove same. Mrs. Duell assured the
Town Board that there will be only one mobile home on the location
when the change is made.
