The meeting was called to order by the Supervisor at 8:20 p.m.
Supervisor Webster greeted the following visitors:

Mr. & Mrs. Robert Linendoll - Visitors
The Clerk read a letter from the State of New York Department of
Health, in which lengthy discussion was made to do wdLth the
operation of the Shore Colony Water District.
All complaints have been corrected by Thomas Flaherty, Superintendent
of Water Districts within the Town -of Queensbury.
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT DEEDS FOR TOWN HIGHWAY
RESOLUTION N0, 238, Introduced by Mr. Turner, sedonded by Mr. Robertson
WHEREAS, Mr. James D. Griffin and Bernadette C. Griffin and
Mr. Sidney Tims have executed and offered one deed each -for portions
of land which would enable the .-Highway Department to re-align
Sweet Road in the Town of Queensbury, and _
WHEREAS, Bernard J. Dodner, Superintendent of Highways, has advised
this board that he recommends the acceptance of these portion of land,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, that due to the fact that the deeds were prepared by
County Attorney, Albert H. Beswick, the deeds, as .above descr--ihed,
be and the same are hereby accepted and that the Town Clerk is ---�
hereby authorized and directed to cause said deeds to be recorded
in the Warren County Clerks Office -and then filed in the office „
of the Town Clerk.

RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL TO THE ZONING INSPECTOR TO ABATE
VIOLATION OF ZONING ORDINANCE IN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY,
RESOLUTION NO. 239, Introduced by Mr. Beaty, seconded by Mr. Robertson.
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 9.503 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Town of Queensbury, approval is hereby given to the Zong
Inspector to institute appropriate action to abate violations of
said ordinance in any and all instances where it appears that a
violation exists.

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE ATTENDANCE AT CONFERENCE
RESOLUTION N0. 240, Introduced by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr. Turner
RESOLVED, that permission is hereby granted to Thomas K. Flaherty, and
Scott Hopkins, to attend the conference meeting of the Adirondack
Water Works Association, to be held on November 16, 1967, at South
Glens Falls, New York, and that the actual and necessary expenses incurred '
in such attendance is a proper town charge.

RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENT FUND
RESOLUTION N0. 241, introduced by Mr. Turner, seconded by Mr. Robertson.
�. WHEREAS, it now appears that actual revenues in the Pine View Cemetery
account will be less than those anticipated in the 1967 budget,
RESOLVED, that the sum of $1000.00 be and the same be transferred
from Contingent Funds in the General Town Fund and the same is hereby
appropriated to the Pine View Cemetery Fund and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to
make the necessary transfer of funds in accordance with this resolution.
