Gentlemen:
This seems to be the appropriate time of the year to advise you of the
wondefful help and cooperation being given us by your Chief of Police,
LeRoy Phillips.
I am sure you are all aware we have a traffic problem where our shopping
center's main entrance intersects Route 9. Chief Phillips has taken
complete charge of hiring the traffic patrolmen being used there,
training-them, and arranging their schedules. While we are naturally
paying the salaries of•these -men, we would find it very difficult to
secure the safety and good will - not only for the Northway Plaza,
but for the Town of Queensbury itself, if it were not for the competent
management by Chief Phillips.
We also appreciate your cooperation in this traffic service.
Very truly yours,
KENNETH J. CASWELL
