RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SEPARATION OF TIMMONS LANE
INTO TIMMONS LANE AND TIMMONS COURT

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 331, 1988, Timmons Lane was dedicated to the Town of
Queensbury and is 1050' long, and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to separate Timmons Lane into two (2) roads - Timmons
Lane and Timmons Court - to allow current residents to retain their address numbers, and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to have the first 365' of Timmons Lane from Lambert
Drive easterly to the bend to the north to now be called "Timmons Court," and
WHEREAS, the remaining 685' shall continue to be called Timmons Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Town Highway Department supports this request,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs that the first
365' of Timmons Lane starting out at Lambert Drive and going easterly 365' to the bend to the
north shall now be called "Timmons Court," and

BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the remaining 685' of the current Timmons Lane shall continue to be
called Timmons Lane so that the residents may retain their address numbers, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Superintendent to update the Town Highway records accordingly and install all Town Highway
signage accordingly to reflect this change, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that any expenses associated with this Resolution shall be paid for from the
appropriate account as may be determined by the Town Budget Officer, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Highway
Superintendent, Town Clerk, Town Assessor, Director of Building and Codes and/or Town
Budget Officer to update all other Town records, maps, assessment records and other Town
documents accordingly and take all actions necessary to effectuate this Resolution.

RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT DEED TO TOWN OF QU.EENSBURY FOR PREMISES FOR TOWN HIGHWAY
KNOWN AS TIMMONS LANE
RESOLUTION NO. 331 , 1988

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Anthony A. Locascio, Harry Bargmann and Arthur Baretta,
have offered to dedicate to the Town of Queensbury a road known as Timmons
Lane, running easterly and northerly from Lambert Drive, such road being
more particularly described in the annexed survey map, and
WHEREAS, Paul H. Naylor, Superintendent of Highways of the Town of
Queensbury has advised that he has inspected Timmons Lane, the road proposed
to be dedicated to the Town of Queensbury and that he finds the same to
meet the Town of Queensbury specifications, and
WHEREAS, Thomas K. Flaherty, Superintendent of Water of the Town
of Queensbury, has advised that he has made an .inspection ' of water line
installation and finds that the said installation in accordance with the
'requirements of the Town of Queensbury Water Department, and that said
installation is approved, and
WHEREAS, : the form of the deed and title to the roadway offered for
dedication has been reviewed and approved by Paul B. Dusek, Town Attorney
for the Town of Queensbury,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the aforementioned deeds be and the same are hereby
accepted and approved and that the Town Clerk be hereby authorized and
directed to cause said deeds to be recorded in the Warren County Clerk's
Office after which said deeds shall be properly filed and maintained in
the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the roads be hereby added to the official inventory
of Town Highways, to be described as follows:
Road Number: `-ILIJ Description: east/north, with cut de sac at
northerly and, Name: Timmons Lane Feet: 1050 feet from Lambert
Drive to and including cut de sac
