Dear Mr. O'Brien,
First of all thank you for your time and review of the proposed plans for the addition for
Steinhart Residence at 362 Cleverdale Road. As per our e-mail correspondence and your
request, we have added 1" (R-5) rigid insulation to be placed on the interior of the exterior
walls of the addition to include existing exterior wall of the master suite. I am attaching new
construction drawings, sheet#3 and #4 showing this addition making the exterior walls R-26
U-Value. Please substitute prior submitted sheets#3  with new sheets attached. We
will also replace old drawings with new for Mr. Steinhart.
Thank you again for the opportunity of working with you and the Town of Queensbury.
