We have reviewed the Contractors work required on Drawings S100 and A100 completed by
Alestalo & Etzel Architects PC dated March 6, 2009. In particular, we were requested to observe
and review work required for the structural steel framing specified on the project drawings.
Based on the conducted site visit performed on the above date and to the best of our
knowledge, information, and belief, the Contractor has completed the observed portions of work
