Quaker Road, Glens Falls., NY In my inspection of these premises as of this date, I find the following deficiencies in the emergency light- ing provisions. In accordance with Section 203-3, the 3 stair wells from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, would not have adequate emergency lighting to provide proper egress. Also, at the top of the landing of center stair- way in the open area., a directional exit sign should be provided to give directions to occupants entering that area, for their means of egress. NOTE: In accordance with N.F.P.A. Life Safety Code Section 14-2-8 Industrial and Business Occupancies - "Illumination of means of egress shall be provided."
