Supe?-visor Borgos-Asked Mr . Hatin to speak to the Town
Board . . .
Mr. . Dave Hatin-Director of Building & Codes-Spoke to the
Towi) Board in regard to a septic problem at Long John
Silvers . . . I am aware that they applied for a sewer dist .
e<;tension . . . noted that during -the weekend their holding
tanks overflowed into the street. . .they were advised Friday
to pump them out I spoke to Bill Bodenweiser the Fire
Marshal , the condition still existed over the weekend, Mr.
Burt Martin was there this morning there was still evidence
of seepage onto the ground, from what we could tell it would
take a lot of pressure for this to come up through the
around so obviously they are not pumping on an as needed
basis . They are pumping on a regular schedule which is not
enough . What I would like from this Board, if I should see
this problem persist, the management has been warned as of a
half hour ago that they are to look into this condition and
pump more regularly then necessary until they are hooked
I-1p. If this should become an issue again, do I have
