1) '/2" plywood sheathing on all exterior walls.
2) Tyvec House wrap with '/2"x 6" cedar siding and trim
boards.
3) Interior window headers as needed 2- 2x10"s with '/2"
plywood between and 2- 9"LVL for windows over 6'.
4) Spray foam insulation as follows:
a) floors R-28
b) walls R- 21
c) roof R- 30
5) Marvin Integrity windows as shown in attached schedule.
6) '/2" sheetrock on walls and ceilings.
7) Kitchen cabinets as per floor plan.
8) Plumbing including Pex hot and cold water supplies and
PVC drains and vents as per code for kitchen and one
bathroom (sink, toilet and shower). Will use existing
septic.
9) Electrical wiring as per code as detailed in floor plan.
