This letter is to inform you that we inspected the completed septic system for the house at 29
Beacon Hollow Way (Lot#6) in the Autumn Ridge Subdivision on September 25, 2009.
The septic system as installed was for a three bedroom house and consisted of a 1,250 gallon
septic tank, pump station and 245 lineal feet of absorption trench constructed with stone and
perforated pipe. The system conforms to the requirements of the approved subdivision design
drawings.
