and better quality.
Proof of publication was presented by the Deputy Town Clerk.
With the fact in mind that 21 of the visitors as listed in these
minutes were interested in the application of Stanley Rymkewicz, Jr. ,
the nature of the objection raised were as• f&llows:
The main concern of the residents was whether or- not- the approval of
this' application' would tend' to encourage more applications from
others at a later date to locate mobile homes in- the same location.
Mr. Rymkewicz, stated that he had lived at the location and operated
a farm their for the pest 25 years. His nature has been to never
interfere with anyone. His son has come home from the service and
intends to make his home- in the mobile home referred to in this
application.
The content of the Ordinance as written was discussed by Members of
the Town Board. The fact was evident that the rules of the Ordinance
would control any future applications to locate a mobile home in
the locality.
The hearing was declared closed at 9:15 p. m. with the understanding
that the signature of the brother of. Stanley Rymkewicz, Sr. , who is

Saturday, February 6, 1965 '
At 5:30 AM I received a'call from the Highway Department that there
-- was water flooding Meadow Drive in the- area of -the Ramsey residence.
Upon,-Investigation we found' coming from a large hole just
North ',of the'Ramsey drivewa .With some difficulty valves were closed
isolating this section and John Kubricky & Sons were notified to
make necessary repairs. Along with personel of this department work
was started. We found that due, to settlement of fill a section of
6" CI- main had developed a longitudinal crack. This section was cut
but and replaced. All service was restored at .4:30 PM. During this
operation we found that the gate valve that feeds Meadow Drive from
Meadow Lane operates in reverse of our standard valves. -
There are many valves` in the system that are covered by blacktop
or, are unmapped. -During the coming year these will be located,
raised. -and - or recorded as necessary.
Wednesday, February 10, 1965
Received complaints of high pressure in the lower section of the
system, Upon investigation we found that the pressure reducing
valve 'on Glenn 'Street -had failed. This was flushed and put back
into operation. _
