Presently the home is served by a 500-gallon plastic septic tank and a seepage pit which is in failure and there is no location within the parcel where a compliant wastewater system can be installed. We are proposing installing a new 1,000-gallon septic tank, new pump station and a new 12 ft wide by 20 ft long stone absorption bed. Relief is requested for the installation of the septic tank 6.3 ft from a structure, pump station 8.6 feet from a structure, absorption bed 1.3 feet from the north property line, absorption bed 14.3 feet from the structure and absorption bed 94 feet from a neighbors upgradient well.
