Gentlemen:
" I
On, Jan.- 1, 1964 you will be selecting a Board of Assessors to
serve a two-year term for the Town of Queensbury. In making these
appointments, I feel that my two years of experience as one of the
last elected assessors by the voters of the town deserves your
consideration.
- While a member of the Board of Assessors for two years beginning
Jan 1, 1960 , I attended every available training course in the State
of- New York. In addition to the Assoc. of Towns training sessions
and the New York State Assessors Assoc. seminar, i attended a 10-day
training program sponsored by the New York State Board of Equalication
.__and Assessments held in-Lake George. This specialized training is of
great importance in doing a thorough job of assessing in the town.
Thank you for your careful consideration in making these appoint-
ments,
