Queensbury Town Board,
John 0. Webster, Supervisor
Chestnut Ridge Rd. , R.D. #1
Dear Gentlemen:
I am_a resident of the Town of Queensbury, at 11 Sargent Street ,
and have been for the past 23 ..years. During this time I have never
had any trouble with the storm sewer, except with the increasing
oders at its out let, until November of 63. At this time my base-
ment was flooded not only with surface water, but also with the .
drainage from kitchen sinks and possibly a toilet. This statement
is based on information from 2 plumbers.
Because of these circumstances, and the rat and mosquito
problem created: by the drainage, 'I feel strongly that this has
become: a very serious health hazard and should be referred to the
public Health Officer. This has been done verbally and a written
statement was requested and thus submitted. Your attention will be
appreciated.
Truly yours
Mrs. John Siraco
Mr. Codner reported on the activities of his department concernin
-°` the above mentioned problem. It was decided that any further
repairs should be accomplished by the complainant. It was suggested
that the matter should be referred to the Department of Health.

Re: Mr. & Mrs. William Angleson
North Sunnyside Road
Dear Mr. Webster:
I represent Mr. and Mrs. William Angleson of the North
Sunnyside Road.
In the late summer of 1963, I discussed with you on- the
phone the question of the North Sunnyside Road near the
Angleson property. At that time Mr. Angleson had erected a ,
garage which was believed to be .partly on Town property,
Mr. Angleson agreed to purchase a parcel of land from Mr. Charles
Beers and in turn would deed a pottion of the property to the
Town of Queensbury.
It was my understanding that John Van Dusen was to make
a survey of this road for the Town and that the- deed from Mr.
;pers to Mr. Angleson and the deed to the Town would be drawn
from this survey and map. To date I have received no communi-
cations as when this map should be ready.
I und'erstgnd that Mr. Beers has been sick this winter
and would Like to straighten this matter out would my Clients,
Kr. and Mrs. Angleson.
Very truly yours.,
4 EDWARD F. DONOVAN
