The contracts have to do with the next five year period. A letter was receited and placed-on`-'file from the Warren Chemical Company, to do with the discussion of the Phosphate product being used in the Queensbury Water District at the present time. The system of establishing the water analysis was explained in the letter. The Board of Assessors were granted the floor. Mr. Nassivera spoke to the town board on -thelsubject� of house numbering within the town. The question was distussekl asp to the' actual "authority that the- assessors- have in esteblishing .the =house numbers"in 'any given locality. Four building forms were given to prospective builders, Police officers were on duty at $ueensbury School for the Firemans Min esteral and open House. Officer Hoague relieved the ,school crossing watchman for one day. Officers were at Memorial Day and and Little League Parades. Two trials by Jury, Two evictions, a various number of-. Civil . papers were served for the Town Justices, two arrest were made. one conviction one pending. Officers traveled a total of 556 miles in line of duty for the Town.
