Re: Queensbury Water District
City Attorney Earl Matte has called me, and asked whether the
deed from the Town to the City conveying the mains in Fort Amherst
Road and the contract between the Town and the City for water service
to Queensbury residents on that street has been signed and said that
303
pressure was being put on him by the Water Department to get the
matter closed.
•I believe the matter of executing the deed and agreement
was held up until you could see what the City Water Department
would do about the customers on Bullard Avenue.
I told Judge' Matte that I would be in touch with .,you and
advise him.
