The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p. m.
Mr. John Dillon of 27 June Drive, Glens Falls, New York the
person making application to become a customer of the City-
of Glens Falls in the Coolidge,. Ashley Sewer District was
present to be heard. -
Mr. Dillon explained at length the present construction of a
residence at Lot #10, Block #6 of the first sub-division of -
Broadacres, which is ready at this time for a sewer connection..
The fact was brought out that the City of Glens Falls has
given approval of the additional tap in the present system.
Lengthy discussion ensued on all aspects of the pipe size and
general condition of the system at the present time.
RESOLUTION NO. 110 introduced by Mr. Akins, seconded by Mr. Lampson.
RESOLVED, that permission is hereby granted to Queensbury Plaza
Incorporated, to hold a fireworks display on July 3, 1963, under
the following conditions.
1. That a certificate of insurance in the amounts of- $100,000
each person $300,000 each accident and $50,,000 property
damage to be filed with the Town Clerk.
2. That the Queensbury Central Fire Company gives its approval
to the Town Clerk, concerning matters of fire safety.
— Further RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a permit to hold such fireworks display
as aforesaid.

Ayes - Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Akins and Mr. Webster
Noes - None
RESOLUTION NO. 111 introduced by Mr. Turner, seconded by
Mr. Lampson.
RESOLVED, that permission is hereby granted to Joseph S. Durcan
as builder for Richard Brennan of 293 Ridge Street, Glens Falls,
New York to make application to the City of Glens Falls for water
service to a lot situated at Lynnfield Drive, thereby becoming
a water customer of the City of Glens Falls, and that a copy of
this resolution be forwarded to the City Water Board, and to
- Joseph S. Durcan.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes - Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Akins and Mr. Webster.
Noes None
RESOLUTION NO. 112 introduced by Mr. Turner, seconded by
Mr. Lampson.
RESOLVED, That permission is hereby granted to Mr. Paul R. Krihak
of 26 Cunningham Avenue, Glens Falls, New York to make application
to the City of Glens Falls for water service to a lot situated at
Spruce Court - Broadacres Sub-division, thereby becoming a water
customer of the city of Glens Falls, and that a copy of this
resolution be forwarded to the City Water Board, and to Paul R.
Krihak.

Ayes - Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Akins and Mr. Webster.
