TRAVER-Welcome to the Town of Queensbury Planning Board meeting for Tuesday, October 23rd. This is the second meeting for October and 22" meeting thus far for 2018. If you have an electronic device please either turn it off or turn the ringer off so as not to interrupt what we're doing. You'll notice that there are some illuminated exit signs and in case of emergency please follow the exits and leave in a safe manner. We have a fairly brief Planning Board agenda tonight. We just have a couple of Administrative Items and then we'll be adjourning the Planning Board and going into a committee meeting for unapproved development immediately following. So you're welcome to stay for that if you wish. So with that, we will begin with our two Administrative Items. The first one being Site Plan 54-2018, French Mountain Inn, a request to table to November. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS: SITE PLAN NO. 54-2018 FRENCH MOUNTAIN INN — REQUEST TO TABLE TO NOVEMBER MR. TRAVER-Laura? MRS. MOORE-So this applicant has submitted new information. They've updated the plan so that there's permeable pavers and some new lawn area, and so you'll see that application in November. So if you'll table it to November 27t", you'll see it on the agenda. MR. TRAVER-Okay. Yes. I was pleased to see that that they sort of, they compromised a bit and we will get some lawn back. That's great. So, okay, and we have a motion. RESOLUTION TABLING SP # 54-2018 FRENCH MOUNTAIN INN Applicant proposes to maintain a 1,110 sq. ft. area as blacktop where a previous approval was for this area to remain as lawn. Property use is an existing lodging facility. Applicant requested approvals in year 2012 for addition to lobby, storage over lobby, sign towers, handicap ramp location and a canopy area. Pursuant to Chapter 179-3-040 of the Zoning Ordinance, permeability relief shall be subject to Planning Board review and approval. MOTION TO TABLE SITE PLAN 54-2018 FRENCH MOUNTAIN INN. Introduced by David Deeb, who moved for its adoption, seconded by Brad Magowan: Tabled until the November 27, 2018 Planning Board meeting. Duly adopted this 23" day of October, 2018 by the following vote: AYES: Mr. Deeb, Ms. White, Mr. Shafer, Mr. Hunsinger, Mr. Magowan, Mr. Valentine, Mr. Traver NOES: NONE MR. TRAVER-The next and last item is Subdivision Preliminary Stage 15-2018 for Tra Tom Development. They're also requesting a tabling to the November meeting. SUBDIVISION PRELIM. STAGE 15-2018 TRA TOM DEVELOPMENT — REQUEST TO TABLE TO NOVEMBER 2 (Queenshury Hannhig Board I0/ / 00) MR. TRAVER-Laura? MRS. MOORE-So this applicant has now reduced the number of lots. So it's four lots total. One lot to remain as 25.78 acres and then three smaller lots. It was for residential purpose. MR. TRAVER-Very good, and did they request a specific date? MRS. MOORE-Yes. So you're going to also table them to November 27" and you'll see Preliminary and Final at that meeting. MR. TRAVER-Okay. Very good, and we have a tabling motion. RESOLUTION TABLING PRELIM. STAGE SUB # 15-2018 TRA TOM DEVELOPMENT Applicant proposes a five lot subdivision. Four lots to be residential — lot lA to be 1.2 acres, Lob 1B to be 0.70 acres, Lot 1C to be 0.70 acres and lot 1D to be 0.70 acres. Lot 1 remainder of 25.78 acres not to be developed per previous subdivision. Pursuant to Chapter 183 and Chapter 94 of the Zoning Ordinance, subdivision of land shall be subject to Planning Board review and approval.
