• After review of the submittals, the application is denied based on it appears
to not satisfy the minimum clearance requirements.
The drawing is indicating a 20' width of property from the building to the
adjoining property line. To accommodate the tank and required clearances, a
minimum distance of 23.4 feet would be required.
