Res Assembly Point Tax Cases
-Dear John:
I have been working on the Assembly Point tax cases-
for the past three years, off and on, and up to this point have
had no compensation.
In 1.959,, there were 32 seperate proceedings which
required 32 separate answers. There were 29 cases represented
by St. Louis and Weber in which the petitions were defected.
I made a motion to dismiss but the Court permitted them to
serve amended petitions.
