The Clerk reports, on a Special Meeting with all members of the
Board attending on. August 7th, 1962 at the office of Barker &
Henry, Architectts.
The meeting was of the nature to secure ideas as to the most
feasible type of construction that the Town Board should consider
for a new Town Hall.
During the meeting the comparison of conventional type of con-
struction with a pre-fabricated building was discussed at length.
It is understood that the engineering fees for Barker & Henry
would be 7% of the total cost.

Mr. Akins, explained to the architect the needs of the Town off-
icials in the proposed Town Hall as it appears at this moment.

limited to the times when in the opinion of the Artitect, it
would be necessary for him to be at the site of construction.

the sewage problems to handle the number of trailers that will
occupy the Trailer Court will be installed according to specifi-
cations of the health department.
Following this very explanatory interview the board generally
agreed that the Town of _Queensbury does not have an ordinance
in`force to prevent the development of this trailer court.
With'the pending request, for permission for a 61inch water tap
to supply this trailer court having been received„ the board
agreed to take action at a later date.
