Dear Mr. Webster: e
I am appealing to you as Supervisor and to the gentlemen on the
Town. Board, to remove the Oak tree partially removed by Mr. Lackey,,

when he was supervisor.
It is a public menance and a menance, especially to the many
children who play near the tree.
We are located right next to Sullivan's Pavillior_ and the
tree is near the road. M
t
t As I stated previously, Mr. Lackey removed one half and prbtwo

So, I am respectfully requesting that the remainder of the
tree be removed before someone is injured or worse, fatally injured.
Thank you, in advance, for your interest and cooperation.
Sincerely,
