The Board generally discussed the matter with him. Resolution No. 94 introduced by Justice Akins, seconded by Councilman miller RESOLVED that Mr. Nestle be and is hereby authorized and directed to purchase for use in the office of Mr. Nestle , Assessor,. a letter filing cabinet including separators at a cost not to exceed $20.00. Harris Noes - none._. - Mr. Nestle in a further discussion suggested that a tax may be prepared r for the Town of Queensbury. The matter was taken under advisement. Councilman Miller brought up the matter of water contracts respecting the supplying of water to the several districts and extensions in the T(nin of Queensbury by the City of Glens Falls He said that ne felt that an offer should be made b y the Ton -at this time. Resolution No. 95 introduced by Councilman Miller, seconded- by Justice Akins i WHEREAS the Water Commissioners of the City of Glens Falls have presented the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury with a proposed j contract for the sale of water to the water districts and extensions thereof within the Team of Queensbury, and the contracts in their general form are acceptable. with the exception of the price per thousand gallons which is stated in the contract as 20¢ per thousand gallons. Therefore, be it RESOLVED .that we,, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, on behalf of". the -water districts and extensions thereof, accept the con- tracts with the price per thousand gallons established at' 16y . per thousand gallons. Mr. Harris,, chairman, instructed Mr. Miller to continue to work on the Reservoir Park Sewer District until proper deeds were obtained and presented, and to make a report at the September meeting.
