Frank relley be engaged"to make an appraisal of . ertain- properties in the Town of Queensbury for the purpose of the equalization of assessments of real property in said Town,, and be it farther RESOLVED that the compensation for this- appraisal shall be Six Psadred ,Dollarq payable in two equal installments of $300.00 on May 28, 1955.-and June 25, 1955 snd that the appraisal and .report shall be completed and .filed with the Town Board on or before June 25, 1955. Further resolved that this appraisal shall not include any public -utilities or industrial. plant. Martin Lavine and Frances Lavine, his wife , have brought eetims-..against the Town of Queensbury and the West Glens Falls Came—I ty Chapel in the Supreme Court of Warren County to recover the sum. of, $12,,000.00 for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained an November 28, 1952, when an automobile owned and operated by Martin Lavine and in which his wife, Frances Lavine, was a passenger, collided with a tank set in the ground on the easterly side of Newcomb Street in the Town of Queensbury, and W MMAS the plaintiffs Veve agreed to accept the sum of $75,00 in settlement in ttlement of their claims and causes of action of which the subs of t7.50- is to be paid by West Glens. Falls City Chapel,, and the balance of $37.50 is to be paid by the Town of Queensbury., and t . . W0 REAS, Albert E.
