Dear Mr. O'Brien
I have reviewed the as-built plan prepared by the builder (attached) for Lot #30 dated
December 12, 2005 and have viewed the constructed septic field. The sewage disposal system
on this lot was constructed for a three-bedroom residence in accordance with my design
calculations and plans dated 6/15/05. The septic field was reoriented perpendicular to the
direction indicated on the plans, this reorientation is acceptable in that the site is flat and the
required clearances are still meet.
Based upon the above review, this letter will certify to the Town of Queensbury Building
Department that the above referenced sewage disposal system has been constructed in
substantial conformance with the approved plans with the reorientation noted.
